There are multiple ways to refer patients to the practice, and we encourage you to use the method that is easiest for you:

• Ask the patient call our main number at 858-451-1911. One of our front desk staff will be happy to arrange an appointment and can ensure we participate with the insurance plan.
• Fill out the Referral form and fax to 951-672-6667 or email to info@ivretina.com

If you need emergency assistance during business hours contact the Administrator at 951-679-0400.

After seeing the patient, the IVR physician will communicate all of your findings and management strategies to you using eFax directly through our electronic medical record system.
