Thank you for choosing Inland Valley Retina. Prior to your appointment, please complete the intake forms sent to you via email or text message. If you need help, please call the office and one of our staff members will assist you.
During your visit with us you can expect to be in the office for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min. During your visit you will undergo several tests and photos as well as a thorough dilated eye exam. During the eye exam the doctor will shine bright lights into your eye and may even push on the outside of you eye lids to get a better view. As part of your exam, your eyes will be dilated. Although it is not required, we suggest bringing a driver if you have never had your eyes dilated before. The effects of dilation can last several hours after the appointment causing light sensitivity and blurred vision at near. Please bring sunglasses with you. If you do not have sunglasses the office will provide you with a disposable pair.
